The fleet is limited and each vehicle can only serve one booking at a time. If your dates are fixed, checking early lets you compare what is actually available.

4. Rental duration and schedule

Confirm exactly what period the displayed rate covers. Some vehicles may have a standard schedule and different conditions for extended rental periods.

How should you compare the real cost?

Do not look only at the total vehicle price. Divide it by the number of travelers and compare capacity, comfort and rental conditions. A six-seat Mule may cost more in total while remaining competitive per person compared with two smaller vehicles.
